The system is entirely handcrafted in Italy from AISI 304 stainless steel.

It consists of Header Kits without a catalytic converter and stainless steel silencers with a black-coated finish.

Also compatible with the standard XSR 900.

The Zard Racing exhaust significantly improves handling and performance and reduces weight by 2.5 kg. The XSR 900 GP’s power output is increased by +6 PS compared to the stock exhaust.

After installation in the Euro 5+ configuration, the electronics may detect a catalytic converter anomaly due to emissions regulations. This causes the catalytic converter warning light (for informational purposes only) to illuminate on the dashboard, without affecting the motorcycle’s performance. To prevent this warning light from activating, ECU remapping is required.

Zard offers the special UpMap control unit exclusively for the Euro 5+ version of this model, which increases performance and deactivates the warning light.
