Yamaha XSR 900 MY 2024-2026 Racing Full Kit

The Zard Racing Full Kit for the Yamaha XSR 900 is the perfect choice for anyone who wants to boost their bike’s performance with a touch of exclusivity, elegant design, and a rich, thrilling sound. 

The design, reminiscent of two-stroke motorcycles, is engineered for maximum performance and a clean, aggressive racing style that pays homage to Yamaha’s glorious racing tradition.

The Zard Full Kit is compatible with Euro 5 models equipped with a single lambda sensor and Euro 5+ models equipped with two lambda sensors, and can be installed in conjunction with the passenger footrests.

The system is entirely handcrafted in Italy from AISI 304 stainless steel. It consists of Header Kits without a catalytic converter and stainless steel silencers with a black-coated finish.

The Zard Racing exhaust significantly improves handling and performance and reduces weight by 2.5 kg. Compared to the stock exhaust, the XSR 900’s power output is increased by +6 PS.

Also compatible with the XSR 900 GP.

Everything needed for installation is included in the package.

Note: After installation in the Euro5+ configuration, it is possible that, due to emissions regulations, the electronics may detect a catalytic converter anomaly. This causes the catalytic converter warning light (for informational purposes only) to illuminate on the dashboard without affecting the motorcycle’s performance. To prevent this warning light from activating, ECU remapping is required.

NOTE: A special UpMap ECU is available for this kit; it is programmed to deliver maximum power, improve throttle response, and disable the engine warning light that is triggered on Euro 5+ models when the catalytic converter is removed.
