Yamaha Tenere 700 MY 2021-2023 Euro5 2-1 Racing Header Kit for Zard Sabbia Slip-On

The Zard Header Kit for the Yamaha Ténéré 700 is manufactured entirely by hand in Italy from high-quality stainless steel (AISI 304). They were specifically designed to be paired with the Zard “Sabbia” slip-on muffler and complete a high-performance, rally-inspired exhaust system.

This Header Kit significantly improves power delivery, lowers operating temperatures, and is 1.6 kg lighter than the original system. When combined with the Zard “Sabbia” racing slip-on, they deliver a power increase of +5.4 PS; when combined with the homologated Zard “Sabbia” slip-on, power increases by +4.8 PS, further optimizing engine performance and throttle response. Note: Compatible only with the Zard “Sabbia” slip-on; not compatible with the original muffler.

Warning:
After installing the Zard Header Kit, the vehicle’s electronic control unit (in the E5-Plus configuration) may detect an irregularity in the catalytic converter due to emissions regulations, causing the catalytic converter warning light to illuminate (for informational purposes only). To prevent this, an adjustment to the engine control unit (ECU remapping) is required.

Installing the Header Kit—even in combination with a homologated Zard slip-on—will cause the exhaust system to lose its road approval.
