The Zard Racing 3-1 Full Kit exhaust system for the Yamaha MT-09 is the perfect choice for anyone who want to emphasize the MT-09’s aggressive character while optimizing aesthetics, sound, and performance.
The complete system consists of a Header Kit made of stainless steel (AISI 304), a silencer with a titanium sleeve, and a carbon fiber tailpipe tip. These high-quality materials ensure a weight-optimized design, high heat resistance, and long-lasting reliability.
The Zard Full Kit is compatible with Euro 5 models equipped with one lambda sensor and Euro 5+ models equipped with two lambda sensors, and can be installed in conjunction with the passenger footrests.
The system delivers a power increase of +3.1 PS, while simultaneously reducing weight by -2 kg / -4.4 lbs compared to the stock exhaust. The system delivers a more aggressive sound, emphasizing the unique sound of Yamaha’s CP3 three-cylinder engine.

Note: After installation in the Euro5+ configuration, the electronics may detect a catalytic converter anomaly due to emissions regulations. This causes the catalytic converter warning light (for informational purposes only) to illuminate on the dashboard, without affecting the motorcycle’s performance. To prevent this warning light from activating, ECU remapping is required.
NOTE: A special UpMap control unit is available for this kit; it is programmed to deliver maximum power, improve throttle response, and disable the engine warning light that is triggered on Euro 5+ models when the catalytic converter is removed.
