Triumph Speed Triple 1200 RS/RX MY 2025-2026 Racing Header Kit

The Zard Header Kit for the Triumph Speed Triple 1200 RS/RX is made of stainless steel (AISI 304) and feature a 3-in-1 configuration without a catalytic converter designed for maximum performance. They are entirely handcrafted in Italy, designed exclusively for use with Zard silencers, and represent a top-tier racing solution to enhance the performance and sporty character of this British naked bike.

The configuration without a catalytic converter contributes to increased performance and lower operating temperatures, and also results in a weight savings of 0.3 kg compared to the stock headers. An ideal solution for riders looking for a high-performance exhaust system developed for racing. This Header Kit was designed to accentuate the distinctive sound of the Triumph three-cylinder engine and give the exhaust system an even deeper, more aggressive sound. The Header Kit is intended exclusively for use with Zard Racing or Euro 5+ rear silencers.

Compatible only with models equipped with 2 lambda sensors / Euro 5+.

NOTE: The Header Kit can also be combined with the Euro 5+-certified Zard rear silencers for the Speed Triple 1200 RS/RX if the special stainless steel connecting pipe (ZTP100S20R) is purchased. However, this configuration voids the exhaust system’s street legal status.

Warning: After installing the Zard Header Kit, the engine control unit (ECU) in the Euro 5+ configuration may detect an irregularity related to the catalytic converter, which will activate the corresponding warning light (information message). To prevent this warning light from coming on, the engine control system must be remapped.
