The Decat Kit for the Triumph Bonneville T120 was developed to maximize engine performance and deliver a sportier riding experience.

Handcrafted from AISI 304 stainless steel, this component optimizes exhaust flow by reducing flow resistance and weight, and integrates seamlessly into the motorcycle. The Decat kit is compatible with both the stock exhaust system and Zard systems; it improves power delivery and produces a deeper, richer sound.

Weighing just 1.3 kg, it significantly reduces the motorcycle’s overall weight, improving the engine’s agility and responsiveness. Each unit is handcrafted in Italy and features high-quality TIG welds.

The minimalist design allows for easy installation and seamless integration into the original frame. Also available with a black ceramic coating. The Zard Decat Kit allows you to reuse the original heat shield.
