Triumph Full Kit 2-2 Racing

The Racing Full Kit exhaust system for the Triumph Bonneville T120, handcrafted in Italy, consists of Header Kits and mufflers made of stainless steel (AISI 304). It stands out for its elegant appearance and is available in satin, Cerakote® black, or high-gloss polished finishes.

The kit features a sleek, minimalist design that blends perfectly with the Bonneville T120’s classic, sporty lines. The deep, thrilling sound underscores the character of the twin-cylinder engine and makes for an even more exciting riding experience.

In addition, the system enables a significant weight reduction of 9.9 kg compared to the stock exhaust system.

Note:
After installing the Zard Racing complete system, the engine control unit (ECU) may detect an irregularity in the catalytic converter system when configured to “E5 Plus” and activate the corresponding warning light (informational only). To prevent this warning light from coming on, the engine control unit must be remapped.

Compatibility: BONNEVILLE T100 (17–26) and T120 (16–26).
