Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 MY 2024-2025 Slip-on

Zard offers a beautiful stainless steel slip-on exhaust system with a black aluminum sleeve for the 2024–2025 Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 MY.

Included in the package are the carbon fiber heat shield and the carbon fiber clamp for installation.

The exhaust has a nice, deep, and rich sound. The finish of the slip-on exhaust system perfectly complements the design of the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450.

This slip-on variant is available as a homologated Euro 5/5+ version and as a Racing version. The street-legal version has an engraved E-number and does not need to be registered with the TÜV. The racing version features a removable dB-eater. The mapping/ECU does not need to be adjusted after installation.

Compatible with the original Royal Enfield case and bag system.

For improved performance and an even sportier, deeper sound, Zard offers the Header Kit as replacement pipes for the catalytic converters. These include the front connecting pipe from the cylinder connection, as well as the central connecting pipe, which ends at the slip-on exhaust.

They are called the Front Decat Header, with part number ZRE008S40R (+ 1.1 PS and 0.5 kg lighter than the original) and “Central Decat Header” with part number ZRE009S40R (+ 0.9 PS and 2.8 kg lighter than the original).

The original heat shield can be reused with the Front Decat Header. The connecting pipes are made of AISI 304 stainless steel and do not have a catalytic converter installed. After installing the Central Decat Header, the center stand can no longer be used.

Both the Zard silencer and the two Zard catalytic converter replacement pipes can each be combined with the original (OEM) parts.
