Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 MY 2024-2025 Central Header Decat Racing

Zard offers a catalytic converter replacement kit for the 2024–2025 Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 MY. This is the Central Header Decat Racing Kit, which is mounted between the front connecting pipe and the rear silencer.

It is a racing connecting pipe that replaces the original catalytic converter. The mapping/ECU does not need to be adjusted after installation.

The front connecting pipe (front Decat Header) is also available as an optional CAT replacement kit.

This includes both the front connecting pipe from the cylinder connection and the central connecting pipe, which ends at the slip-on exhaust.

They are called Front Decat Headers, with the part number ZRE008S40R (+ 1.1 PS and 0.5 kg lighter than the original) and Central Decat Header with part number ZRE009S40R (+0.9 PS and 2.8 kg lighter than the original).

The connecting pipes are made of AISI 304 stainless steel and do not contain a catalytic converter.

After installing the Central Decat Header, the center stand can no longer be used.

Both the Zard slip-on silencer and the two Zard CAT replacement pipes can be combined with the original (OEM) parts. The original slip-on silencer can also be combined with the Zard Decat Racing Header Kit.
