Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 MY 2024-2025 Slip-on

Zard offers a beautiful stainless steel slip-on exhaust system with a black aluminum sleeve for the 2024–2025 Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 MY.

Included in the package are the carbon fiber heat shield and the carbon fiber clamp for installation.

The exhaust has a nice, deep, and rich sound. The finish of the slip-on exhaust system perfectly complements the Royal Enfield’s design.

This slip-on variant is available as a homologated Euro 5/5+ version and as a Racing version. The homologated version has an engraved E-number and does not need to be registered with the TÜV. The racing version features a removable dB-eater. The mapping/ECU does not need to be adjusted after installation.

Optionally, Zard offers a Header Kit as CAT replacement pipes for better performance and an even sportier, deeper sound.

These include the front connecting pipe from the cylinder connection, as well as the central connecting pipe, which ends at the slip-on exhaust.

They are called the Front Decat Header, with part number ZRE011S40R (+ 1.1 PS and 0.5 kg lighter than the original), and the Central Decat Header with part number ZRE009S40R (+ 0.9 PS and 2.8 kg lighter than the original).

The connecting pipes are made of AISI 304 stainless steel and do not contain a catalytic converter.

Once the Central Decat Header is installed, the main stand can no longer be used.

Both the Zard silencer and the two Zard catalytic converter replacement pipes can be combined with the original (OEM) parts.
