Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 MY 2024-2025 Front Header Decat Racing

Zard offers a catalytic converter replacement kit for the 2024–2025 Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 MY. This is the front header decat racing kit, which mounts directly to the cylinder.

It consists of a racing connecting pipe that replaces the original catalytic converter. The mapping/ECU does not need to be adjusted after installation.

The central pipe (central decat header) is also available as an optional catalytic converter replacement kit.

This includes the front connecting pipe starting from the cylinder connection, as well as the central connecting pipe, which ends at the slip-on exhaust.

They are called the Front Decat Header, with part number ZRE011S40R (+1.1 PS and 0.5 kg lighter than the original) and the Central Decat Header with part number ZRE009S40R (+ 0.9 PS and 2.8 kg lighter than the original).

The connecting pipes are made of AISI 304 stainless steel and do not include a catalytic converter. After installing the Central Decat Header, the center stand can no longer be used.

Both the Zard slip-on silencer and the two Zard catalytic converter replacement pipes can be combined with the original (OEM) parts. The original slip-on silencer can also be combined with the Zard Decat Racing Header Kit.
