The Zard Racing Header Kit for the Moto Guzzi V7 850 is the ideal upgrade for maximum performance. Designed to highlight the qualities of this timeless Italian icon, this system is entirely handcrafted from high-quality AISI 304 stainless steel.

When combined with the original mufflers, it delivers a significant power increase of +2 PS and improves throttle response. The weight is drastically reduced by 2.1 kg , operating temperatures drop noticeably, and the sound becomes more aggressive, making the riding experience even more intense.

To achieve maximum power across the entire RPM range, especially at low RPMs, Zard recommends using it with the matching slip-on silencers.

Compatible with the V7 850 Special, Sport, and Stone models.

Not compatible with the original center stand.

After installation in the Euro5+ configuration, it is possible that, due to emissions regulations, the electronics may detect a catalytic converter anomaly. This causes the catalytic converter warning light (for informational purposes only) to illuminate on the dashboard without affecting the motorcycle’s performance. To prevent this warning light from activating, the ECU must be remapped.

Replacing the catalytic converter in combination with a Zard-approved or OEM slip-on exhaust means that the exhaust system is no longer approved for road use.
