Moto Guzzi V85 TT MY 2025- Euro 5+ Stainless Steel Decat Header Kit

The Zard Decat Header Kit for the Moto Guzzi V85 TT is the ideal complement to the silencer for achieving maximum performance. This system was developed to highlight the strengths of this Italian adventure bike and is entirely handcrafted from high-quality stainless steel (AISI 304). It ensures a significant reduction in operating temperature and a more aggressive sound, while also offering a weight savings of 4.4 kg compared to the stock Header Kit and catalytic converter. To achieve maximum power across the entire RPM range—starting even at low RPMs—Zard recommends combining it with the specially developed slip-on muffler.

The system is designed to be compatible with the original center stand.

Note: After installing the Zard catalytic converter replacement pipe, the vehicle’s electronic control unit (in E5+ configurations) may detect a fault in the catalytic converter system due to emissions regulations, causing the catalytic converter warning light to illuminate (informational only). To prevent this warning light from illuminating, an ECU remap is required. Using the catalytic converter replacement pipe in combination with a Zard or OEM slip-on muffler will cause the exhaust system to lose its road approval.
