Kawasaki Z900 RS / Café (MY 2018–2020) Full 4-2-1 Kit

The Zard Full Kit Exhaust System for the Kawasaki Z 900RS is the ideal choice for riders who want to optimize performance, sound, and style.

Developed and handcrafted in Italy, this 4-into-2-into-1 exhaust system embodies the perfect balance between technical innovation and a passion for motorcycling. The entire exhaust system is made of stainless steel (AISI 304); the exhaust sleeve and tailpipe cap are also made of stainless steel, ensuring robustness, durability, and an elegant design.

For riders seeking maximum weight savings, a titanium version is also available, featuring a titanium exhaust sleeve and a stainless steel tail cap. The system is available both as a racing version and with Euro 4 homologation.

The exhaust is available either with visible “Snake” welds (exclusive to the titanium version) or in a black finish.

The sound is deep and perfectly complements the retro-modern character of the Z900RS. Thanks to its compact design and attention to detail, the system blends seamlessly into the motorcycle’s lines and offers both a functional and aesthetic enhancement.

The kit enables a weight reduction of up to 7.9 kg for the titanium version and up to 5.6 kg for the stainless steel version compared to the stock system. Installation is simple and requires neither engine control unit (ECU) remapping nor any other modifications.

A removable dB killer is included exclusively with the Racing version.
