The Zard 2-1 Full Kit Exhaust System for the Harley-Davidson Road Glide has been developed, to optimize the qualities of this legendary Grand American Touring model and offers an unmistakable design, an exciting sound and improved performance.
This complete system, developed and handcrafted in Italy, consists of a manifold and silencer made of stainless steel, a milled aluminum end cap and a laser-cut stainless steel heat shield, giving it an exclusive look. The scope of delivery also includes a stainless steel heat shield kit.
Available in a Euro 5+ homologated version (TÜV-certified) and a racing version (without homologation), each with silky matt or black Cerakote® coating - a special, high-temperature-resistant ceramic coating that gives the exhaust system an outstanding design.
Compared to the standard exhaust system, the Zard system in the Racing version weighs 5,8 kg lighter and 4.8 kg lighter in the Euro 5+ homologated version. The header kits with a larger diameter ensure improved power delivery, reduce operating temperatures and produce a deep sound - perfect for a more intense driving experience

Info: After installation of the Zard Racing system without approval, the engine control unit (ECU) can detect a catalytic converter anomaly and activate the catalytic converter warning light (information light). To prevent this warning light from lighting up, the engine control maps (ECU remapping) must be adjusted.
