Zard has developed a beautiful full kit exhaust system in the "120th Anniversary Limited Edition Design" for the Harley Davidson Nightster 975 MY 2025.
In addition to the elegant look and high-quality finish, the complete system also offers a noticeable increase in performance. The racing version delivers + 9.3 hp more than the original exhaust system. This improves responsiveness and the driving experience.
The weight saving compared to the original is - 4.2 kg.
The beautiful carbon heat shields round off the design and are included in the delivery.
Everything needed for installation is included in the scope of delivery. The Zard sound is unmistakably throaty and rich.
Not suitable in conjunction with a side case system.

After installation in the Euro5+ configuration, it is possible that, due to emissions regulations, the electronics may detect a catalyst anomaly. This will cause the catalyst warning light (purely informative) to light up in the dashboard without affecting the performance of the motorcycle. To avoid the activation of this warning light, a remapping of the ECU is required.
Optional Zard offers a limited edition of 120 carbon cover left + right for the radiator and the radiator plug cover (aluminum) in "120th Anniversary Design". See pictures!
