Harley Davidson CVO Road Glide Decatalyzer Kit / Header Kit MY 2017-2025

Zard has developed a beautiful racing Header Kit for the Harley Davidson CVO Road Glide. This decatalyzer kit replaces the original Header Kit including catalytic converter.

Available in satin stainless steel and titanium finish.

This is a Header Kit without homologation.

The Header Kit is compatible with the original silencers as well as with the Zard Slip on silencers.

The silencers are not EC approved.

The original heat shields can also be used on the Zard Header Kit. See installation video.

The Zard Header Kit is both lighter than the OEM Header Kit (-2.2 kg) and has a better performance in comparison (+2.9 hp).

Stainless steel AISI 304 or high-quality titanium.

Fits all Grand American Touring and CVO models MY 2017-2025.

107, 114, 117 and 121 inch Milwaukee-Eight engines.
