The Zard "Mako" exhaust system for the Ducati Diavel V4 stands out thanks to its unique design, inspired by the striking shape of a shark fin.

The kit, handcrafted in Italy, includes a muffler with two exhaust ports, a titanium outer shell and a carbon fiber end cap, a central 2-in-1 Header Kit made of stainless steel (AISI 304), as well as heat shields and side protective covers made of carbon fiber. Also included in the package is the HealTech ESE-D06 Exhaust Servo Eliminator. The Mako exhaust enhances the motorcycle’s appearance while also contributing to improved power delivery and increased performance. Compared to the stock muffler, the combination of the Zard muffler and Header Kit provides a power increase of 5.1 PS and a weight reduction of 9.1 kg, making the Ducati Diavel V4 even more agile and dynamic to ride. The Mako Racing slip-on kit for the Ducati Diavel V4 was developed to emphasize the motorcycle’s sporty character with a powerful sound and a performance-oriented configuration. The exhaust does not include a dB killer and is intended exclusively for track use.

Compatible with Ducati Diavel V4 Euro 5 and Euro 5+ models equipped with 4 or 6 lambda sensors.

Note: After installing the Zard Slip-On Kit, the engine control unit (ECU) may detect an irregularity in the catalytic converter system in the E5-Plus configuration and activate the corresponding warning light (information message). To prevent this warning light from coming on, the ECU must be reprogrammed (mapped) by a professional ECU tuning shop or a specialist in motorcycle performance optimization.
