Zard has not only developed a beautiful 2-1 slip-on exhaust system for the Ducati DesertX, but also the Sabbia aluminum engine guard.

Touring enduro models that are also ridden off-road require the guard to protect all mechanical components of the powerful twin-cylinder

The main component of the Engine Guard is an aluminum with a special alloy. Impact-resistant and despite its considerable material thickness, very light.

The substructure made of a stainless steel frame provides perfect support at the original attachment points. The design with the air intakes was deliberately chosen to continue to ensure the necessary cooling.

The engine guard can be ordered separately from the exhaust! Mounting is plug and play.
