BMW R 12 NineT Bj. 2025-2026 Explorer Slip-On

The Zard “Explorer” slip-on muffler for the BMW R 12 NineT is made entirely of stainless steel (AISI 304) and features a end cap with a dual outlet and mesh insert, two heat shields with a mesh structure, and a laser-cut Zard logo. It is available either as a Euro 5+-approved version or as a racing version, as well as in “Satin” (brushed) or black finishes. The exhaust system delivers a power increase of +1.9 PS (Racing version) or +0.8 PS (Euro 5+-approved version) and optimizes power delivery, while also offering a weight reduction of up to 0.8 kg compared to the stock muffler. The sound is also enhanced in typical Zard style. The muffler combines a retro-inspired design with technical, sporty details. Its appearance was specifically developed to underscore the character of this heritage roadster. No engine control unit (ECU) remapping is required.
