Aprilia Tuareg 660 MY 2025 Decat Header Kit

The Decat Header Kit from the Sabbia line from Zard for the Aprilia Tuareg 660 was developed for riders, who expect maximum off-road performance.

It combines low weight with high performance, is handmade in Italy from stainless steel AISI 304 and is perfectly matched to the Zard system. This kit replaces the standard catalytic converter, significantly reduces the perceived heat, improves the exhaust gas flow and ensures a noticeable increase in performance as well as a more aggressive sound - ideal for the race track and off-road use.

The catalytic converter replacement is perfectly matched to the Sabbia slip-on exhaust and offers a considerable weight saving of 2,5 kg compared to the standard catalytic converter - a total of 0.7 kg less. This improves the agility and responsiveness of the motorcycle in demanding terrain. The Zard catalytic converter replacement is the ideal upgrade for riders who want to get the most out of their Tuareg 660 in extreme conditions.

Fits in conjunction with the original silencer and the Zard Sabbia silencer.

NOTE:
For Euro 5+ models, reprogramming of the engine control unit is required for installation in order to deactivate the catalytic converter warning light after removal of the catalytic converter. The catalytic converter replacement, in combination with a Zard-approved or OEM slip-on exhaust, means that the exhaust system is no longer approved for road use.
